Why it's a gem

Parody is the engine here. A hero who wins every fight with one punch should be boring, yet the story turns that into a running joke about boredom, fame and what strength is for. It pokes fun at superhero and kaiju tropes while still delivering big, well-drawn action.

The humor is surreal and satirical, the cast is large and the art is a major draw.

It's still ongoing, so you'll catch up and then wait for new chapters. That's the one real downside. It has a very high score from over 170,000 readers, and it's a good pick for anyone who likes action-comedy.
